I intend to share updates on various growing situations, researches, unique conclusions, internal memos between various institutions, organizations and governing bodies, the who’s who of this complicated chessboard and derivatives of expert opinions and newfound facts.
Although to be noted is that since I am from the USA, it’d be unfair to not disclose that my viewpoints and internal biases are likely to be influenced largely through the perspective of the US international relations.
This blog is purely for educational purposes and sometimes might include updates and facts regarding ongoing situations that might change over the course of time. It is always wise to not rely on a single source for all the information to formulate your opinions or decision making, especially with respect to an incredibly complex subject as such as Geopolitics & International affairs.
My name is Omar (a pseudonym I use to conceal my real identity due to the sensitive nature of my professional life and the organizations I serve), I hold a PhD in politics, I specialize in international politics and economics. My research works are based on US foreign affairs and the economics of war. I have been a member and have consulted as as an expert advisor to various think tanks and government bodies across the world in the field of geopolitics.
As a person, I am a proud African American. I am cis gendered and I identify as a male. I am a proud gay person and currently I am married to my loving husband who serves as a researcher in the field of genetics. My greatest achievements in life are my two lovely little angels, a daughter and a son. Everything I do is for them and my singular mission in life is to leave them a better world than the one that I got. Last but not the least the most important members of our family, the bursting ball of life and joy, my best friend and ultimate good boy, Gus, and the mini tiger of our home, Chief, who loves to plant his butt on my husband’s face, every morning without fail.
